Feddie Not Freddie & Khojo Vibes Deliver Project 369

When you listen to Project 369, the new collaborative album from Feddie Not Freddie and Khojo Vibes, you aren’t just hearing music—you’re hearing a connection that defies geography. This is the sound of a seamless creative meeting where the raw, rhythm-driven soul of Akron, Ohio, links hands with the undeniable, vibrant groove of Accra, Ghana. The result is a fusion that is global, emotional, and refreshingly timeless.

Feddie Not Freddie, a rising star known for his heartfelt R&B from the American Midwest, and Khojo Vibes, a gifted musician steeped in West African rhythm, have built a bridge of sound that spans two continents. Their partnership is more than a simple feature swap; it’s a total alignment of creative and spiritual energy.

The title itself, “Project 369,” is a nod to universal balance and transformation, reflecting the deep intention poured into every track.

“We wanted this project to be a vibration,” Khojo explains. “Something that speaks to your soul—whether you’re dancing or reflecting.”

The album’s core explores the intense reality of human connection: the messy, beautiful, and sometimes painful journey of relationships. Feddie not only lays out this personal journey through his lyrics but highlights the therapeutic power of music.

“This album is about relationships—not just the romantic kind,” Feddie says. “It’s about growth, pain, and learning how to love yourself again after everything.”

Recorded between studios in Akron and Accra, the project smoothly blends Afrobeat percussion with the soulful melodies and honesty of American R&B. The production is sleek and modern, yet grounded in the foundational rhythms of the African diaspora.

The album is anchored by two potent singles that perfectly capture the dual energy of the project.

“Down” is a smooth, rhythm-driven anthem about loyalty and emotional devotion, showcasing the magnetic chemistry between the duo. It’s a track that demands movement while affirming connection.

In contrast, “Hard to Love” dives into the deep end of vulnerability—the effort required to keep loving and growing through significant pain. Both songs shine a spotlight on Feddie’s gift for emotional honesty and Khojo’s masterful ability to translate that emotion into infectious, healing rhythms.

For Feddie, the collaboration was a catalyst for creative expansion.

“Working with Khojo really pushed me to open up my sound,” Feddie shares. “I’ve always had international energy in my music, but Project 369 proved that. Akron to Ghana—that’s real unity through sound.”

Together, Feddie Not Freddie and Khojo Vibes have delivered a body of work that is more than a fusion album—it’s a spiritual reminder that the path to healing is often set to a beat. It’s soulful, it’s spiritual, and as Khojo insists: “369 is energy. You can feel it in every note.”
